How a project runs

Seven stages, each with something you can see and approve before the next one starts.

  1. Discovery and requirements

    A call to understand your goals, audience, content and deadline. You get a written summary and a quote.

  2. Strategy and planning

    Sitemap, page priorities, technology choice and a timeline. We agree what "done" means.

  3. UI/UX design

    Wireframes first, then visual designs for mobile and desktop. You review real layouts, not mood boards.

  4. Development

    The site is built on a private staging link with your real content and a working admin panel.

  5. Testing and quality assurance

    Devices and browsers, forms and emails, speed, accessibility basics, links and metadata.

  6. Deployment and launch

    Hosting, DNS, SSL, redirects from old URLs, sitemap and Search Console — then a final check on the live domain.

  7. Maintenance and optimisation

    Optional monthly care: updates, backups, small changes and a short report of what was done.
