This website, cmdevstudio.com, is run by Chaman Mehra (CM Dev Studio). This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

Information you send me

When you use the enquiry form, I receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and your message. I also record the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, to prevent spam and abuse.

I use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project. I don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in the website's database on its hosting server and may be emailed to my business inbox. Access is limited to me through a password-protected admin area.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your light/dark theme choice and whether you closed the enquiry popup in your browser's storage. These never leave your device.

No advertising or tracking cookies are set at the moment. If analytics is added, this page will be updated first.

The admin area uses a session cookie for logging in; it isn't used for visitors.

Third-party services

Fonts and scripts are served from this website itself. If you choose to play an embedded video, it may be served from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube receives your IP address when it delivers the video.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws elsewhere, I will respond within a reasonable time.
