A business website has three jobs: explain what you do in seconds, earn trust, and turn visitors into enquiries. I design and build websites with those three jobs in mind, from the first wireframe to the day the site goes live on your domain.

Most of my work so far has been for real-estate developers, where a project site has to present a large amount of information — configurations, locations, amenities, legal disclosures — without overwhelming the buyer. The same discipline applies to corporate, retail and service businesses.

Problems this solves

  • Your current site looks dated and visitors leave before they contact you
  • Pages are slow on mobile, especially image-heavy galleries
  • You can't update text, projects or images without calling a developer
  • The site was built by someone who is no longer reachable and nobody understands the code
  • Enquiry forms send to the wrong inbox or end up in spam

Process and deliverables

  1. Brief and sitemap

We agree on goals, audience, pages and the content you already have.

  2. Wireframes

Low-detail layouts so we settle structure before visual design.

  3. Visual design

Final screens for key pages on desktop and mobile.

  4. Build

Development with real content, a staging link for review and a working admin.

  5. Launch

DNS, SSL, redirects from old URLs, sitemap and Search Console submission.

  6. Handover

A short walkthrough of the admin and a written note of logins and settings.

A good fit for

  • A developer launching a new residential or commercial project
  • A company replacing an old ASP or static HTML website
  • A consultant or studio who needs a credible portfolio site
  • A business running paid ads that needs a dedicated landing page

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical business website take?

A 5–10 page website usually takes three to six weeks, depending mostly on how quickly content and feedback arrive. Landing pages can be done in under two weeks. I share a timeline after the brief.

Do you write the content?

I can structure pages, write headings, buttons and form copy, and edit what you provide. For long-form copy in a specialist field, your own subject knowledge or a dedicated copywriter usually gives the best result.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. Every site I build either uses a CMS such as WordPress or comes with a simple custom admin panel for the content you change most often.

Do you handle hosting and the domain?

I can set up and manage hosting, DNS and SSL, or deploy to hosting you already own. The domain and hosting accounts should stay registered in your name.
