How I work

Most of the websites I've worked on are for real-estate developers: project sites, redesigns, landing pages for ad campaigns, and the ongoing maintenance that keeps a live sales website accurate. That work taught me to handle dense information carefully, to respect brand guidelines, and to treat every enquiry form as the most important part of the page.

Because I work across design, code and hosting, I can follow a problem wherever it lives. A slow page might need a smaller image, a different query or a server setting; a site that keeps going down might have nothing wrong with its code at all. I'd rather find the real cause than patch the symptom.

I write organised, readable code — shared includes, a single configuration file, prepared database queries, validated uploads — so another developer can take over without starting again. And I don't promise things nobody can promise, like guaranteed rankings or uptime.
